Conveniently located at 30 Grant Avenue, just blocks away from San Francisco's Union Square, many of A.C.T.'s rehearsal studios are available for short-term rental.

Ideal for any type of rehearsal, there are 10 studios of various sizes, from large and spacious to cozy and intimate. The smallest studio is approximately 400 square feet; the largest is approximately 1,700 square feet. Some studios are equipped with dance barres and dance floors and some include pianos. All studios have floors that are suitable for movement (no carpeting). A.C.T.'s new nontraditional performance space, The Costume Shop, is now also available for rent!

Rehearsal studios fill up quickly, and we recommend reserving in advance for best availability. See below for descriptions of all available studios.

For more information, please send an email listing specific dates and times of interest (and desired studio, if known) to Amy Hand, Company Manager at ahand@act-sf.org. We are unable to accommodate visual artists and outside acting classes at this time.
