Ticket exchanges and refunds

All ticket sales are final—there are no refunds.

Subscribers

Subscribers may exchange tickets for a different performance of the same title with no additional fee* until 2 hours before curtain.

Nonsubscribers

Ticket Protection is available for most productions for $5 per ticket at the time of purchase. Protected tickets can be exchanged once for a different performance of the same title for no additional fee*.

Unprotected tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same title for a $15 per-ticket fee* (reasonable restrictions apply).

All exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before the performance.

*All exchanges are subject to availability. Price differences may apply for exchanges to higher price sections or days; no refunds or credits for exchanges to lower-priced performance dates or seating sections. Exchanges may be done over the phone, in-person, or via email.

Ticket donation

If you are unable to use or exchange your tickets, you may turn them in as a contribution to A.C.T. The value of the donated tickets is tax-deductible. Tickets for past performances cannot be considered a donation.

See more information about transit and parking at our Your Visit page. Latecomers and guests who leave the theater during the performance will be (re)seated at the House Manager’s discretion for your safety, and to minimize disruption to the performance and your fellow audience members.
